Hitsugaya explains that the shinigami agent laws
were created because of Ginjou.

そこに井上泣きながら走ってくる
Inoue comes running and is crying.
黒崎君が泣いてると悲しい
She was sad because Kurosaki-kun was crying.
そこに他死神もいることに気づく井上
She then notices the other shinigami.
チャドも到着、これじゃまるで銀城を倒しに来たみたいだ。と気づくチャド
Chad arrives. To him it appears they came to take down Ginjou.

月島　なにか過去に疑問があるのかい?~~~
Tsukishima: "Is there a question regarding your past?"
井上恐怖で漏らす
Inoue gasps, frightened.
チャドもビビる
Chad is also nervous.
背後から裏腹とパパ。井上とチャド気絶させる
Urahara and Isshin come from behind and knock out Inoue and Chad.

そこに他フルブリングが集まる
The other fullbringers gather.
雪雄　その能力はみんなで分け合うやくそくだったろう!
Yukio: You promised to share that power with everyone!
リルカだけ、苺の力なんていらない~(本当に知らないよう)
Only Riruka didn't need Ichigo's power. (She really didn't know.)

銀城、他フルブリングを斬ってしまう(苺の力をわける)
Ginjou cuts the other fullbringers. (He's dividing Ichigo's power.)

Here's a summary:

--Kenpachi is bored and wants to go back. Yachiru says they can't return before the others or else Yama-jii will get mad again. He tells her not to pull on his ear.
--Ishida appears and says it's 2 against 1. Ichigo asks about his injuries and he answers that Rukia did first aid on him. Ishida then says he needs to apologize to Ichigo since after rescuing Rukia in SS he suspected there was another shinigami representative whose whereabouts were unknown.
--Rukia calls for Riruka to present herself.
--Tsukishima asks how Byakuya has time to stare at the moon. Byakuya says he was thinking how fortunate it is that he is Tsukishima's opponent because even before Tsukishima finishes swinging his sword he'll be struck down.

In the end Hitsugaya doesn't kill Yukio.
雪雄の体凍らせて、顔と手だけは凍らせない。
He freezes Yukio's entire body except for his face and hands.
あと5分で空間を戻せと。
He orders him to restore the room after 5 minutes.

Shishi vs Ikkaku
文句の言い合い、斬りあい。殴り会い
They argue, cut each other, and hit each other.
シシ、一角の刀折る。
Shishi breaks Ikkaku's sword.
一角とシシ　拳でやりあう
The two then fight with their fists.

リルカが、普通になるには。普通の人間について語りだすとこで
Riruka talks about becoming normal, and about normal humans.

なんでレスキューションになったか話から始まって、ラーメン男に誘われて～
The story begins with their rescue, being invited by Ginjou.
リルカが、くしゃみしたらルキア人間に戻って
Riruka sneezes and return Rukia back to normal.

白雪しようとしたら
When she tries shirayuki

リルカが、なんか技して
Riruka does some technique
ルキアの胸に穴あける。
and a hole opens up in Rukia's chest.

横からだから穴あいたのか貫通したのかは不明。
The view is from the side so it's not clear if it's a hole or she was pierced with something.

ルキア倒れ込む。
Rukia collapses
にいさま、左手負傷しながらも
Although Byakuya's left arm is injured
月島の胸を貫通させ
He stabs Tsukishima through the chest.
勝つ
Victory

月島死亡。
Tsukishima is dead.
一角、れんじ、ヒツガヤ、ユキオのゲーム部屋から出てくる。
Ikkaku, Renji, Hitsugaya, and Yukio emerge from their rooms.
ビャクヤ、ルキアもって出てくる。
Byakuya and Rukia emerge as well.
ルキアの周りに敵の死体、霊圧がないと
There's no sign of Riruka's body or reiatsu, so
ユキオに問う。
Rukia questions Yukio.
ユキオ、あまり詳しくリルカの能力は知らないけど…　でちょっと説明
Yukia isn't too knowledgeable about Riruka's powers, but he gives some explanation.
ひつがや、ユキオに、イチゴの部屋も開けろというが
Hitsugaya asks Yukio to open Ichigo's room.
ユキオ　あれは無理。
Yukio says that's impossible,
でちょっと説明
and explains.
イチゴと、銀城はラーメン早食い対決してて
まだ決着はついてない
